Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your cookware in its original box and include all documentation to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
