What makes GreenPan different from traditional nonstick pans?
Unlike traditional nonstick pans, GreenPan uses Thermolon, a ceramic nonstick coating derived from sand. It is completely free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, ensuring no toxic fumes are released even if overheated.
Are GreenPan products dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and warm soapy water to maintain the ceramic coating's performance and longevity for years to come.
Can I use metal utensils with my ceramic cookware?
To preserve the life of your pan, we recommend using silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils. While some of our advanced collections are metal utensil safe, avoiding sharp edges will prevent minor surface scratches.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international healthy cooking community soon.
Is GreenPan cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Many of our series, such as the Venice Pro and Valencia Pro collections, feature Magneto induction technology. Please check the specific product specifications on the item page to ensure compatibility with your stovetop.
